Please see below a summary of our Administration Fees and what the fee covers for your application to rent a
property from Right Rental Letting Agents.
- The Fee is £300 (including VAT) and £100 (including VAT) for any additional Tenants.
- £100 (including VAT) for each Guarantor
- £50 for any Addendum to the AST Agreement
- £150 for any change to the tenant/sharer.
This covers the Referencing (Credit Check, Bank check, work reference, self-employed SA302, previous Landlord / property reference and affordability of the Tenant), the creation of the AST Agreement, completion of Inventory Checklist & schedule of condition, monthly inspection and end of Tenancy process.
